In 1980 Mark started working with his Step-father, Eddie Hueffmeier. For seven years Mark learned the business from the ground up.
In 1987 he went to work for AAA Plumbing as an Operator, installing water / septic / sewer and electrical systems.
In April of 1998 Mark started his own business on weekends. He still worked a full time job Monday thru Friday. A year later, in April of 1999, Mark had built a clientele large enough to support his decision to launch his business full time as Klemme's Backhoe Services. Subsequently he began installing systems for builders in residental homeowner layouts.
Mark received his state certification in 1998. In 2004 he acquired his Advanced Certification, licensing him to do LPP, Micro-Fast, Lift Station and Bio-Peat Systems. He keeps his certifications current by annually completing the curriculum of CE courses required by Local and State regulations.
Mark has done instructional installations, demonstrations, for St. Charles County.
